Headquartered in Ankara, Ertex serves Turkey with its Istanbul branch and aims to increase its influence in the global market. To this end, it is working to open branches in Dubai and the USA, continuously enhancing its international competitiveness. Thanks to our integrated production model, we manufacture 80% of our products in-house, and we embrace quality and innovation as our core principles.

Who Are We?
Our Chairman of the Board, Ercan MALKOÇ, introduced the VIP Minibus sector to Turkey and then to the entire world with Ertex, which he founded in 1989. He is the founder of the world's most experienced company in this field. Ertex, founded in 1989, also laid the foundations for the Ertex Group of Companies.
Since 2005, the Ertex Group of Companies has operated in the Tourism sector with the Ramada Resort Thermal Holiday Village, which boasts Turkey's largest spa center, and in the Construction sector with the Yamaç Evler Project and the Ankara Batı Park Shopping Mall, each of which has become a brand.

Ertex Holding
In 1989, Ercan Malkoç, founder and Chairman of Ertex Automotive, took a revolutionary step in the sector, introducing the VIP minibus sector first to Turkey and then to the entire world. This initiative laid the foundation for Ertex, one of the world's most experienced VIP vehicle design companies.
Since 2005, the Ertex Group of Companies has expanded its areas of activity:
